The process

Use our online scheduling system to arrange an appointment. You can also upload all the relevant documents in advance so that we can be fully prepared when we meet. Alternatively, you may prefer to contact us directly via email or telephone in order to schedule the meeting and email copies of the relevant documents in advance of the meeting.

Through your personal account on the system, or through discussions with you and in writing, we will provide you with a fee quotation. Once this is agreed, we can proceed with all the necessary work.

Log into the system to track the progress of work and receive regular update. Use the system to upload any further documents required. Our team members are also on hand to update you via email or telephone.

Once the documents are ready you will receive a notification and you can make an appointment for signing and/or collection.

Download invoices, make payments and track all your transactions, whether these are single transactions or you manage a portfolio of documents and transactions on behalf of corporate clients. You can also elect to receive invoices via email.
